I heard somewhere that you lose muscles if you do cardio!.!.!.

I do 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of weight-lifting a day!.!.!.
so 2 hours of total workout!.!.!.

An hour of cardio will reduce the effect of your weight training!. By that I mean you will get better results with weight training alone because your muscles will have more recovery time!. You shouldn't be training every day either!. Be sure to include a couple of days rest a week!. I would recommend reducing the cardio to 45 minutes or less only 3 x a week!.
