Question: I'm 13 and I need to lose weight, can you help!?
I'm 13, 5'5 or so, and about 135 lbs!.!? I don't look fat, cause not to brag but I have some muscle!. IN EVERYWHERE BUT MY STOMACH!. its flabby ): i suck it in in public though!. all my friends have flat abs and stuff and they dont even excercise as much as i do!. i run on the cross country teaam, play basketball, and go 2 the gym with my mom!.i dont wanna become anorexic or anything,,!?!? i also run at LEAST once every tweo days for a miles if i can!. Im all flabby in my stomach and i always work out!
But i was told that it doesnt help if you snack out alot!

well it might because they are taller than you
-exercise 30 more minutes per day
-cut back on food just a little bit
