Will it get you the body you want!? Probably not!.

While it is possible to lose a substantial amount of weight in a short period of time it shouldn't be on your list of things to do!. Fast weight loss is much like intense weight gain!. It can leave stretch marks on the body, deprive muscles of water (dehydration), and slow your metabolism!. Also without proper intake of fat from food hormonal balance can be offset!. Besides this, a considerable amount of weight is lost through muscle deterioration!.

If you still want to lose the weight near starvation is the key!. Eat nothing but a cereal bar in the morning, grilled chicken salad for lunch and grilled chicken and yogurt for dinner!. By apples and eat them when you get hungry!. Also by coffee, skim milk, and honey!. Drink these mixed together to replace an entire meal!. The drink will keep you filling full for a while!.

Oh!? Ketogenic diets are unhealthy!? If you can find my ONE scientific article proving that's it unhealthy, I'll be satisfied!.

The fact is: They're perfectly healthy and incredibly effective at getting weight off quickly!. Your starvation diet will not work for many reasons:

1!. The body is going to catabolize muscle over fat if the body is starving (you recommended eating about 400 calories a day)!. Ketogenic diets make the body utilize fat as its primary source of energy!.

2!. Eating such a small number of calories a day is going to make this person regain this weight right when they're done with the "diet"!. They're going to have to change their habits if they want to keep the weight off, but coming off a starvation diet, anybody is going to splurge!.

3!. They're going to be unhappy, hungry, and irritable all the time!. Not too fun!.

If you don't want to do a ketosis diet, eat a 40/40/20 carb/protein/fat split with about 18*Bodyweight (pounds) calories!. If you're sticking to that ratio, you will probably drop some weight, but not 20 pounds in a month!. Go with medifast or something for that speed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
