Trying to lose weight...And make money for a Gym.?!


Question: Trying to lose weight!.!.!.And make money for a Gym!.!?
Hey!. I just turned 13 just about a month ago, and I'm wondering how to get started!. I know HOW to lose weight, but I can't get started!.!. Actually, I could probably get started if I could join a gym!. Does anyone know how I could make a fast $60 for a gym membership, and any advice on overcoming extreme embarrassment when exercising!. Anything is appreciated!. I really want to start taking control of my weight!. Oh, if you didn't know, I weigh 232lbs, and 5'8!. I want to get healthy!.!.!.I just don't know how to get started!. Good for you : ) First:

* offer to do jobs for people (raking, cleaning, etc!.) This is not only good exercise but will earn you money!. Be kind and courteous!.

* you might not need to actually sign up at the gym!. you could run at a track, run with a dog, jog, etc!.

* when you're exercising, remember that you are doing something to take a step in the right direction!. you may feel awkward, but stay with it!. be kind and friendly to everyone, and concentrate on your goal of losing weight!. if people are discourteous to you, ignore it, because they don't know what you are going through!.

* cut back on junk food, really, eat more natural and wholesome food (no corn syrup especially, which prompts weight gain)

* have you ever watched the n's student body!? it's a tv show on the N channel, its really inspiring!. it's about teenagers who want to lose weight and how they go about it!. the show's about teamwork, dedication, and friendship!.

* be persistant! and remember to always be comfortable with who you are!. every ounce you lose is one step closer, but even if you don't lose a lot of weight, you have still helped yourself!.

* celebrate little successes, like losing each pound!.

I HATE gyms!. There!.!.!.boring, and always the same!. I joined a gym for three months and only did two because I got tired of seeing the same people!. I keep myself fit by joining sports!. I'm currently in Cross-Country, which keeps me in top shape!. My advice would be to just walk two miles a day, six times a week!. Drink water! Not soda, people don't understand how many carbs and calories you can gain by drinking that poison, and it gets you tired!. Eat plenty of vegetables, you came dip them in a dressing of some sort!. And if you want to go an extra mile, go vegetarian! It's not that hard really, I'm semi-vegetarian and it rocks!! Just make sure you watch what you eat and don't snack! Make sure you don't eat after 5pm, it takes you body about 24 hours to fully digest you food!. Also, before you eat a meal, drink a whole bottle of water twenty-five minutes before, it fills you up faster!. Good luck!. Oh, and talk to your doctor, he/she can give you awesome advice on anything!Www@Answer-Health@Com
