Question: If I dont eat ANY bread or bread substances or table sugar for a month, how much could I lose!?
Along with an hour of playing Wii Tennis!.
And Id eat 1200 calories a day!.

Here's the deal!. Those low carb no carb diets don't work!. They are ok for short term but when it comes to keeping the weight off they don't work!. You gain it back as soon as you add the foods back into your diet!. The best thing to do is to eat a more balanced diet!. Eat the proper servings and don't pile your plate!. Add salads to your diet and snack on healthier foods!. Don't completely rule certain foods out!. That is diet suicide!. If you are going to have pizza with friends just reduce the calories you eat (not the amount) and do a little extra exercise!. That way you can live your life and still enjoy things!. Eat more chicken (grilled) and fish!. You can do what works for a lot of people!. Have a cheat day!. Pick one day a week where you have a meal that isn't the healthiest!. Keep your portions smaller though!. That way you never feel that frustration when you really want french fries and you feel like as soon as you have then you have completely fallen off the wagon!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

not much, maybe 5 or 10 pounds!. dont diet its bad for your body!.
instead take the easier route and change your lifestlye!. eat more fruits and veggies, dont eat oily foods, eat lean meats like chicken or turkey!. drink lots of water, maybe even green tea as it speeds up metabolism!. treat yourself every now and then and then go walking or running outsdie, or to the gym!. hire a trainer!. but just playing a video game and going on a diet than there is no way you would last on, your probably just setting yourself to gain weight or get sick!. Don't do that!.!.!. not eating bread (carbohydrates) is AWFUL for your body!.

Your brain and other organs need carbs to work!.!. seriously!.

Plus, once you lose the weight, you'll gain it back just as fast!. You might lose a ton of weight though!.!.!.but I really don't suggest doing that!.

Just don't eat a ton of carbs, and you'll be alright!.
