Have I consumed way too many calories today?!


Question: Have I consumed way too many calories today!?
Breakfast 8am- One bowl of sultana bran with no fat soy milk!.
Lunch 3pm- A big bunch of grapes!.
Dinner 5:45pm- A lean cuisine beef thing with vegetables!. 333 calories, I think it said!.
Dessert 7:00pm- A quarter of a pear!.

Is this way too much!.
The only exercise I did was go for a walk, jump on the trampoline for like 10 minutes and do a whole bunch of situps, and crunches and stuff!.

Will I put on any weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

hell no, that's almost no calories at all, breakfast, lunch and dessert wouldn't have added any calories at all, that beef thing was lean (333 calories is like a snack to me) your not going to get fat, Www@Answer-Health@Com
