Question: How many pounds would i need to gain to add 3in of fat on my wasitline>!?
I want to know if its 10pound or like 20 pounds, I know you can't really target on area to gain, but any input will be appriciated BTW I am 13, 5'5 131lbs!. I am boy!. 32' waist I am looking to gain fat not loose it, or not to gain muscle!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
