It's better than nothing!. lol It depends on what ur exercise is, how intense it is, and what your diet is like!. You say 'to keep healthy'!. You might keep your cardiovascular system healthy by doing these workouts, but if ur eating habits suck, you might be cancelling each other out, know what I mean!.!.!?!?
Ur workouts are a good maintenance program, for someone who is happy with their body, and just want to keep it that way!. If thats you, then ur on the right track!. Try make 20mins of that cardio, and 10mins of that resistance work, for a complete workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
