How to stay in shape after field hockeys over?!


Question: How to stay in shape after field hockeys over!?
im 13 yrs old and field hockey season is almost done
what can i do to stay in shape!?
please dont say "oh ur 13 u shouldnt worry about it", cuz i dont want to lose weight, just stay toned and whatnot!.

When you were at practice, I suppose you ran some laps!. You could continue doing that or try some crunches or push ups!. Drink a lot of water to flush out your system and cut out red meats!. Eat some meat to beef up your muscles but not red meats!. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits but don't overtake yourself!. You should eat carbohydrates to keep your energy flowing!. Eat some cereal in the morning with some chunks of banana and blueberries!. For snacks, you can make apple crisp!.
