Should I have a sandwich?!


Question: Should I have a sandwich!?
I just got home from school about a half hour ago, and I'm drinking an energy drink (Jolt)!. I don't eat breakfast or lunch!. Yesterday, I didn't have a sandwich when I came home from school because I thought I was fat, and now I'm debating whether or not to have one now (it's 3:35 PM) because if I have a snack or a meal I later regret it and get depressed and feel bad for myself!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First answer is right!. Stop with the Jolt!. Take a moment to see how many calories are in it!. Probably quite a few!. Try having a half sandwich to get you by till dinner!. Have something like lean turkey on whole wheat bread!. Put on some lettuce and tomato!. That will help fill you up without too many calories!. You really should have breakfast and lunch!. You have not eaten all day and will feel guilty if you eat something!. not a good sign!.
Read the Jolt bottle adn look at how much sugar/calories are in it, put it down and have some water!. Yes, have a sandwich!.

Second!. Eat breakfast everyday and small meals throughout the day!. Do not starve yourself all day then binge!. And DO NOT skip breakfast!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
