Question: Should I workout before I go to work or before I go to bed!?
I work grave yard,should I do a moderate workout before work at 8pm or work out at 7am before I go to bed!?

Most of the workout books I've read tell you to work out right after you get up, because you are at the peak of loss that early in the morning(ie your body is working really hard already)!. The harder we work the body the easier it is to get in shape!. This is the reason the army gets your butt up early and works you for the first two hours in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

by working out at the start of your day, you turn on your body's metabolism so it runs better all day long!.
if you worked out at the end of the day, you would be turning that one, right when you went to bed!.
I know for me, if i work out at after work, it takes at least 3 hours for me rest and cool down, before i'm mellow enough to be able to go to bed!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

They used to say it's better to workout in the morning before your day starts, but now people are saying simply to do it when you have the MOST energy, because the more energy you have to put into your workout, the more you'll get out of it, and the more calories you will burn!.

You shouldn't work out within a half hour of going to bed, since it makes it harder for your body to slow down and go to sleep!. Otherwise, you can work out anytime you feel comfortable!. Try it both ways and see which one makes you feel more awake, alert and healthy!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
