What size do you think I should get down to?!


Question: What size do you think I should get down to!?
I'm 5'2, 26 yrs old female!.I'm weigh 165 lbs!. I'd like to get down to 118!.I do cardio at the gym!.I eat well(fruits,veggies,lean meats,whole grains) and try to eat about 1600 calories per day!.

I'm a size 12!.I think I'd like to get down to a 0(the jeans I have is a 26 inch waist and 30 inch hips)!. I've been told I have no butt lol so I think I can achieve this!.

I'd like to go down 6 jean sizes in 6 months!. Can that be done!? do you think this size is too small for me!? If so what size do you think I should be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want a nice sweet guy, you'd be fine going to 150!. if you care about snagging the most shallow guys, then yeh, aim for about 105!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think size 0 is a bit extreme!. Size 0 means having a 24 inch waist and 33-34 inch hips/butt (the 30 inch hips on the trousers is probably the upper hip and the 26 inch waist is probably around the belly button rather than the waist)!.

If you got down to 118lb (which is a good weight btw) you'd probably be about a size 4/5 which is great!. To be a size 0 you'd probably have to be 100lb!.

If you are a size 0, technically you should not exist!.

I was a 0, then a 2, and now I am a size 4!.

I think a size 2 or 4 would be better for you!.

Aim for a weight of 120 to 130!.

Being a size 4 would be more likely in 6 months, and healthier!.

The weight loss goal you have set for yourself is about right for your height/sex, so that's fine!.

Now - your body will normally burn 1800 calories a day without you doing exercise - so if you take in 1600 calories *and* do exercise you should find that you'll start losing weight quite quickly!.

I can't possibly comment on what size you should go down to!. All I can say is that your goal of 118lbs is around your ideal weight, so if you stick with that, you should get to the size that's right for you!. What ever you do - don't go underweight!.

Something that might help you in your efforts to lose weight would be the "Strip That Fat" diet!. The reason for recommending it is that it will help you to lose weight in a healthy way (around 2lbs a week), keep it off for the long term (why else would you want to go through dieting!?) and feel good in the process!.
