Even so called prescribed diet pills that work in drug company trials seem to fail to help people to sustain weight loss, and many GPs like me rarely prescribed any of them anyway!. I am afraid there are no quick fixes!. Weight loss needs time, commitment and dedication!. So called dieters, effectively looking for something to lose weight for them are doomed to fail!. The worse news is that 2 in 3 actually end up heavier! (university of California study!.) Weight loss requires dedication, time and commitment!.

The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day!. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer!.

YES They do!. They might not be very good for you but if you find the right one for you they will work!. Some of them have side effects such as headaches and feeling jittery!. I am currently taking a Dietary Supplement called AKAVAR 20/50!. It works for me!. I have took many different kinds of diet pills but never stuck with them because I didn't like the way they made me feel!. With these pills I have energy but not too much to where I feel jittery or can't fall asleep!. I have enough energy to exercise and still feel great!. And I am also not hungry!. I used to snack a lot during the day because i got bored but I dont anymore!. If you are interested you should look up the reviews on some of these pills and see what real people think of them!. I've tried Intra-slim and they're good because (1) they're herbal, and (2) they give you energy, and (3) they supress my apetite a little - but it's important to remember they dont make you thin, you still need to eat better and exercise, but because they supress your apetite this allows you to feel better about eating smaller portions, and it's good that they help give you a bit of get up and go! You need to be strict with yourself a diet!. I have been on a diet for 12 weeks and lost nearly 2 stone!. I have also bought myself an exercise bike!.
I did ask my doctor for slimming pills, but the side effects were terrible, also i found i was losing more weight without them!.

No!.!.!.!.!.!.!.in the sense they can suppress appetite but the side affects are not worth it!. Then there will usually become a point when you binge & undo the work of the pills!. The only way to loose wait is watch what you eat & exercise!. There is NO easy wayWww@Answer-Health@Com
