Working out, when and how long?!


Question: Working out, when and how long!?
I started working out at home yesterday!. Now today I feel my biceps muscles are very soar!. I Didn't work out for that reason today!. So Im just curious how often should I work out!? I have a nice routine that I enjoy!. Also about how often should I increase how much I do something or how heavy the dumbbell is and stuff!? Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Typically working out every other day is good!.
Or you could do two days in a row and then take a day off and do two day again!.
Such as lift Monday and Tuesday let Wednesday be your off day then go at it again Thursday Friday!.

When increasing your weight you need to make sure you are doing the lifting correctly!. When you use bad form cause you are using too much weight you are doing more harm than good!.
Up your weight when you feel your normal weight is getting too easy!.
Typically you want to use a weight where you can barely finish the last rep or so!. No more than that!.!. but again make sure you are doing it correctly!.

My advice would be to not do biceps eveyday!.!. or everyother day for that matter!. you will actually break your muscles down if you do that!. you need to make sure you are doing equally as much tricep exercises as bicep ones!.
Do not leave out you back and chest muscles either!.!. or you will just look funny!.
