Question: I am 25 yrs old,5!.8 tall and 81 KG !.!.I want to reduce my weight to 70 KG within next 2 months!.!?
i don't eat much!.i do exercise for 40 minutes everyday!.but still weight is not getting reduced!.!.!.it alwaz varies between 79 and 82 kg!.!.:(!.!.plz helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

With the amount of exercise you do every day, it's a bit surprising that you can't seem to lose weight, when you don't eat much!.

In saying that, though, it's not so much about how much you eat!. What's important is *what* you eat and *when*!.

A healthy balanced diet would consist of 5-6 meals a day, 3 main meals, and 2-3 small snacks in between!. At the same time - you should drink plenty of water!.

To lose weight properly, you should consider going on a healthy balanced diet, such as the "Strip That Fat" diet!. I found it through the diet review site mentioned below!.
