Arm work out question?!


Question: Arm work out question!?
I've been working out my arms the past 5 weeks 2 times a week!. Yesterday I did my usual work out and usually the morning after, my triceps and biceps are sore!. Today I woke up and they weren't sore at all!. It doesn't feel like they are tired or anything they just feel normal!. I've been lifting 25 pounds each arm and about 30 reps for each muscle!. Did I overwork my arms and that's why I don't feel sore!? or do I need to go up in weight!?

You need to go up in weight and decrease your reps!. You should not be able to do anymore in a set than 16!. Also, when you do the same routine over and over, your body adjusts and stops building muscle!. Try doing two weeks of one kind of exercise for each muscle and then the next to weeks, hit them from a different angle!.
