Question: Does drinking lots of water really help you to loose weight!?
Due to medications I have to take, I have recently stacked on some weight!.

I have never really been much of a drinkers, I may only have two or three glasses of water a day!. I might have one small drink of fizzy drink with dinner!. And about two coffee's a day!.

I am trying really hard to drink more water!. I was just wondering about the theory that drinking more water helps you to loose more weight!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The liver's job is to convert the stored fat into energy, this is directly influenced by the amount of water you drink!.
The liver also acts as a backup for the kidney, which needs plenty of water to work properly!.The kidneys cannot function properly without enough water!.
When kidneys do not work to full capacity, some of their load is shifted on the liver!. But if the liver has to do some of the kidney's work, it cannot do its job!. It then can't burn fat quickly or efficiently so weight loss slows down!.

By drinking ice cold water throughout the day but not at mealtimes you are burning calories which in turn increases your metabolism!. When you drink ice cold water your body has to burn calories to get the water at a temp for it go thru your systems!. When you are drinking water at meal times it is better if it is lukewarm because you don't ruin your digestion process!. I personally have been drinking 1/2 my body weight in oz daily for the last month or so!. Hold on to your hat, I also add 1 tsp to every gallon I drink!. that's the key to water!. You see, I'm sure you've heard of people dying from too much water, which is entirely possible!. It's called water intoxication!. The problem is that the water flushes out too many necessary essential minerals that our bodies need!. By adding the sea salt to the water, you remove that danger!.
I have reversed my diabetes and lowered my weight considerably since doing the water cure!. Look it up, it sounds crazy, but when I actually tried it I was floored!. What really impressed me was when I learned that if I took a blood sugar reading, then drank at least 20oz of water and put a pinch of sea salt on my tongue, and took another reading my blood sugar went down 35 points!.!.!.in 20 minutes!. That doesn't happen with medication!. Look it up, let me know what you think!. there's nothing to buy but sea salt!. I think that kosher salt will do if for some reason you can't get a hold of the sea salt!. I'm interested in knowing how things work out for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
