Question: I lose more weight when i work Night Shift!?
I am 24 male !.!. i am 175 cms and 58 kgs!.!. i work night shift!.!. it really weakens my health!.!. i look dull briskless!.!. i lose weight !.!.!. looking so lean and thin!.!.!. how to maintain weight or gain weight when dong night shift!.!.!. please help me with this!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its your eating time more that the Night Shift

I suppose you take 1 Dinner break between Evening and Morning
Come back and Sleep without eating properly!.!.!. Wake up and Start getting ready for the Next Shift

Its Effecting your Metabolism!.!.!. Which needs to be excercised Regularly
Atleast 3 Proper Meals a day is missing somewhere in your routine

Eat before you leave for work!.!. Take it as your Breakfast
Eat at work break
& Eat minimum 30 mins/1hr before you sleep in the morning

also take the occasional light snacks in between
This will kep your Metabolism Busy and Improving!.!.!. Keeping it at rest is bad for both Losing & Gaining WeightWww@Answer-Health@Com

you can have nuts and fruits (as suggested by the person who has replied first) and a lot of water!.

you look dull and and not very brisk because of lack of sleep!. try and get as much sleep as you can!. sleep through the day if possible!.
and you really are into putting on weight!. well try this!. during the day just eat and sleep!

I would get some healthy snacks such as nuts and fruit and snack on it during your shift if you are allowed!.!.!.!.!.that way your body always has some food in it to fuel itself!.!.!.!.and if you stick to eating mainly healthy meals and snacks throughout the day, you will be a good size and will look healthy!.!.!.I hope this helps you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
