I feel like a....is this bad?!


Question: I feel like a!.!.!.!.is this bad!?
so I havent worked out hard-core in a few days!.!.!.

I feel like a disgusting fat pig


will a few days kill me!? and I will start back on tomorrow and go full force!?

I worked out a little on those days tho!. abs and arm work one day
and I took my dane on a 15 minute run the other day (well a 10 minute run and 5 minutes walking)

No, it will not hurt you, but each time you slack off, the more you will begin to cut back!.!.

but, if you feel bad and really can't do all the exercises, one you should never stop doing, do your inside stretches, this will keep your abs, muscles in tune with your body!.!.keep them stretched!.

and, run and walking is good,!.,!.!.do what I do, and after ankle heals so I can again!.!.!.!.!.

you do 10 min run, 10 min brish walk to start cooling down, then a slow 5 min to cool off even more!.!.!.you will feel better to slow the pace after the run!.!.!.!.!.!.don't go from fast run to mid to mid!.!.!.fast, mid, slow!.
watch the difference!.!.

but always do your stretches, and if cant do all the full work out, do as much as you can, till you begin to tire more due to not feeling good, then go take a medium to hot shower, and ease off slowly to a cool shower!.!.!.!.your skin will tone out better!.

and stop eating those pork rinds, and you wont feel like a fat pig, ha ha just had to add it since the comment!.

remember, stretches always!. and I always do stretches before my runs!.

then runs, med walk, slow walk

after all exercises,

1-med to hot shower
2- start turing water to as cool as you can!.

when I go to the spa, they have a cold pool, and baby let me tell you, this is done after the workouts, you go in, and you think its the North Pole sitting on your body!.!.!.it is ice ice cold!.!.!.but this tones the skin and firms it!.!.!.!.

so the shower is the same thing, but only your not soaked to the neck to toes!.!.!.but you can do the same thing at home,

shower, med to hot
then tub solid cold water, and I add 4--10 lb bags of ice when I do the tub at home I have a sunken tob with whirlpool jets so it really gets cold,sloshing the ice over me!.!., other wise just the shower bit!.!.!.!.same as the spa!.!.!.

It's cool if you like to exercise, but it sounds like you're kinda obsessive with it, you should chillax once and awhile (don't exhaust yourself)!. It's ok to skip your exercise regiment if you're feeling tired, and then get back to it whenever you feel like it!. Me on the other hand, when I'm not working for McDonalds I work out by lifting the tv remote and work my jaw muscles by taking a big bite on a greasey footlong cheese-steak sub, mmmm!. That's right, and I don't give a damn either, lol!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

A few days rest is great for your body actually!. However, giving a few days rest can get very tempting to do long term! It's been a long time since I've worked out!!! I go in spurts, I work out, then give up!.!.!.!.!. Keep it up! Www@Answer-Health@Com
