I dropped about 20 pounds since May, and that was hard enough!.
Try running, jogging, stuff like that!.
I wouldn't suggest biking!. It's not as effective as you might think!
Also, eat healthier!. I cut out soda and tea all together for a while, and after I hit my ideal weight, I started drinking it again, but in much smaller amounts!.
By the way, I'm 14, too, so don't let anyone tell you it isn't possible to drop a few pounds!.

Im 14 and my friend wanted to lose 10 lbs and hasn't eaten in like 5 days so i think what you should do is just eat REALLY REALLY heath foods and exercise ever other day not every day because then you wont have any energy!. that's what i did it really works just give it time it wont work over nightWww@Answer-Health@Com
First of all starving your self wont work and its not even healthy!.!.!.the best thing to do since i was fat too is get into sports!.!.!.Football is just the best thing you can do!.!.!.or if you are not into sports you can just jog around the block for at least 15 min!. everyday and drink water!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
do a lot of cardio exercises eliminate sodas and only drink water and maybe something like V8, also eat a healthy meal that includes a balance of the essentials!. I did that plus i took up dancing and lost about 25 pounds!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
