I ran out of protein powder for the week-end !.!.!. any good recipes for protein packed smoothies !?Please and Thank You!.!.!. prefer about 30g of protein in it!. thanks againWww@Answer-Health@Com

If it's only for the week-end, complete your work outs and take a sandwich with you; packed with 30grams worth of protein, this could be a few slices of beef or a tin of tuna!. Gonna be very difficult to create a home made protein smoothie and most protein shakes (particularly whey; only provides 18-20grams per shake!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best thing would be milk for your protein source!. Not much more you can use that would be in the kitchen unless you want to go Rocky and down some raw eggs ( not recommended due to e coli ) - just up your meat intake until you can get more powder!. Food is 100000 times better than power anyways!. That is what protein powder is call a '' supplement ''!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

30g!? Did you know your body is onlt able to absorb 20g of protein in one sitting!? Anything over that will be wasted (poop)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
