Question: Tips from people already on weight watchers!?
ok,so i'm already on weight watchers!. i dont wanna lose too much weight, but do you have any tips on how to help myself loose weight faster!? i know drinking a lot of water is one thing!. any tips on some exercises!? if i want to lose 20 pounds, how long do you think it would take (including probably gaining a few pounds around thanksgiving!.haha!. happens to everyone)!? I've been on and off weight watchers for a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can eat chilly in every meal and drink green tea or coffee!. they helps to speed up metabolic rate!.
You can do sprinting or sit up as a form of exercise!.
