I've been climbing the stairs of the Niagara Escarpment in Hamilton, 326 steps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stair climbing is great work out!.
it is quickest,effective workout you can do IF you go up and down quickly!.
climbing up 2steps at time, keep your body lower,bring your legs higher& running up etc!.
just climbing up doesn't give you great work out!.
and don't rest too long!.
I do 42 steps stairs X 10 up&down!.no resting time!.
less resting time is more harder!. that mean better work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
