Walking is better; running and jogging jars the metabolism!.

Gradually change the foods you eat IF they contain a lot of processed or junk/sweet stuff, as well as energy drinks, caffeine, etc!. Eat more fresh veges and fruit; drink plenty of water!. Those alone are enough to make a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the people who say that you can lose weight without excersise are STUPID AS HELL!. sorry but you have to excersise if you want results!. just cut fast foods, pop, desserts, anything with a lot of calories and carbs!. personally i eat between 1500-2000 calories a day and run 2 miels a day!. i dont lose weight i gain muscle from it!. and yes i would run if i were you, after a few weeks you will find it enjoyable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i recommend you run at a start of 15 minutes and add 5 minutes until you get to a minumum of 55 minutes per day!. You Should Add 5 minutes every three weeks depending how you feel!. I've Done itWww@Answer-Health@Com
