Drinking two teaspoons of vinegar directly will damage your stomach system!. Yes you will lose weight, but you have dilute the vinegar with water equally then you add on your food!. however, the twist is I don't know what kind the foods that you eat!. If the food contain a lot of sugar, and when you add the vinegar it will create MSG!. You don't want eat the food contain to much MSG!. Here the tip for lose weight before you eat your lunch and dinner drink one full glass of water, and kept in mind that you have to discipline on your diet!. try to stand up for about 30 to 45 minutes after you finish your lunch or dinner!.
