Help!! I need to find motivation to start working out again!?!

Question: Help!! I need to find motivation to start working out again!!?
Hi!. I want to start working out again!. But always find myself finding more important things to do instead, even when I want to workout!. I am 5'3 105lbs, and have always been fairly active my whole life!. Now that I am in my third year of college and just moved out of my parent's house, I feel like I'm getting "flabbier" in my thigh and butt area!. My problem is that I will work out for a few days and then lose my motivation!. How do I maintain that motivation!? Because I really do like working out, I guess I just get a little lazy!. Also, my whole life I have never worked out to lose weight, only to tone areas!. But I do see my body losing it's firmness!. Anyways, any tips to finding motivation!!?!?!? Anything will help! Thanx in advance! =DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Find a picture of someone you want to look like!. For example, I keep a picture of Adrianna Lima on my bathroom mirror to inspire me to workout on a weekly basis!. Because I get ready in the bathroom etc!. I am reminded of this, and it keeps me motivated even when I get lazy!. You should try it, it works!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ideas:

Exercise with friends - even a few hours spent walking around window shopping is better than nothing!.

Join a sporting group & you will feel obliged to turn up to training!.

Get a gym membership - you might feel compelled to going, just to justify the gym fees!.

Is there a charity fun-run or some other sporty challenge in your area that you can try to achieve!.

Try out heaps of different activities til you find one which you enjoy doing, because it's fun!.

Active transport - walk or ride a bike everywhere you need to go, instead of relying on public transport or a car!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
