Normal pushups
Pushups with your feet elevated, like on a chair!.
Make a triangle with your hands and do pushups like that (tricep)
Wide set pushups
5 second pushups, with holding at the bottom
Pushups in a handstand
Jumping jacks
Situps
Crunches
Russian twists!.
Leg lifts
Squats against a wall (hold it for 45 sec, 3 sets)
Lunges w/o weight
Lunges holding textbooks/ anything heavy
Burpees
Supermans
Plank
side plank
Shadow box
single legged squats
squat jumps (great for legs)
if you have a tree in your backyard or rafters etc!. you could:
1!. use it for pullups
2!. pushups
3 tie a rope around it and climb up the rope using your feet and hands, or just hands!.
