Ok, you may not be able to loose 20lbs, but you can loose quite a bit of weight if you;
- Cut out junk foods (e!.g!. Crisps, biscuits, chocolate etc)!. Replace them with fruit and if you crave them, either drink some water or suck an ice cube!.
- Eat an apple before every meal!.
- Cut down on your salt intake!.
- Exercise everyday!.
- Try and eat 5 portions of fruit and veg per day!.
- Cut the fat of your meat (e!.g!. pork, bacon)
- Try eating quorn foods!.
- Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday!.
- Stop eating when you're full!.

That is an incredibly unhealthy amount of weight to lose in 2 weeks!. You can/should aim to lose between 1 - 2 kgs ( 2-4lbs) each week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
