Question: Food/Drinks good for the digestive tract!?
I have a sensetive stomach - what can I eat or drink to help keep it in good working order!? Fatty foods give me stomach cramps and some foods leave me bloated or with the runs!.!.!.what can I do!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need more fruits in your diet!. Fresh fruits!.
It seems like you may have to much processed food!.
You also need more veggies in your diet!. Fresh veggies!.

You didn't mention what you are drinking!. This like sodas, and juices other than orange juice and pure fruit juice, can really cause bloating!.

Stick to water, or something like lipton green tea, or just regular hot tea as much as possible!.

Drinking lots of water GREATLY reduces bloating!. You don't have to chug the water, but a glass with each meal with help!. Start out slowly and work your way to drinking more!. If natural flavored water would help drink it in moderation as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

idk what you mean by fatty foods, if it junk, then stop eating it, but you need a lotta healthy fat, so don't stop if it's stuff like pb, nuts, eggs, avocados, oils, etc!.

try to eat more fiber too, it helped my gas/constip from eating too much protein, like it hurt when i was eating like 20 g a day, then i upped it to 50-60 and it went away so it might work for you!. get it from vegs and grains, wheat bran has like 6g for 30 cals and if you add it to something you don't even taste itWww@Answer-Health@Com
