2 pounds is the most you should lose in one week, so you could potentially lose 12 pounds in six weeks!. The best way to do this is through diet and exercise - incorporate more fruits and veggies, lower your intake of sweets and high fat foods, and choose whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat pasta, wheat bread, etc) and lean protein!. Make sure to incorporate healthy fats, such as olive oil or avocado!.

I'm not sure what your exercise level currently is, but if you don't exercise at all start doing it a few times a week!. If you do exercise, you might want to change up your routine or intensify it (but don't go crazy or anything)!. That will help "shock" your body in case it's used to your current exercise routine!.
