Question: How can she loose 10pds inexpensively in a week!?
ok so my friend is 184pds!.
she's 15yrs old& she wants to
know how she can loose about
10pds in i week!.
nothing expensive just like
healthy eatin and jogging

It's is very hard to lose ten pounds in one week!. You have to be very determined!. One pound = apox!. 3,500 calories, therefore, you would need to burn 3500 more than you intake to lose one pounds, but i will tell you what has worked for me!. It's not exactly healthy, but it's a great jump start!.



Limit your calorie intake to 700 calories a day
eat small healthy meals such as a veggie patty, a salad (make sure you use fat free dressing), spreading your meals out throughout the days ensures a boost in your metabolism!.
Try to do 1 hour of cardio a day!. Whether it be jogging, dancing, aerobis, just anything to keep your heart rate up!. This will burn fat and calories


Another thing is if you limit carbs almost completely you WILL see a dramatic drop i your weight, carbs make you hold onto a lot of water, but i wouldn't do this longer than a few days!.


Also, if you're a big soda drinker, switch to water for the week, and if that's too hard try diet soda or light fruit juice (make sure it's light, juice has tons of carbs, sugars, and calories)


And remember, ALWAYS listen to your body!. If you start to feel sick or dizzy, eat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight is less of a problem than being healthy!. Fatty weight loss and healthy muscle growth will happen from even just mild exercise and eating remotely properly!. Cut out the fast food and treats, drink some more water, and even just a few minutes of "fairly intense" exercise will do the trick!.

To lose 10 lbs in a week you would have to adopt a pretty unhealthy or at the very least temporary plan!. Wrestlers do it to fit in certain classes but it's by no means permanent!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you'd have to do like 5 hrs cardio a day and starve urself, which i will never ever suggest
