Healthy Movie Snacks Help?!


Question: Healthy Movie Snacks Help!?
So every friday night my fiance and I curl up and watch a couple movies!. Normally we grab chips and dip (usually baked nachos and a salsa dip I make) and some candy, usually fuzzy peaches cause they're my favourite!.
Anyways, does anyone have some healthy alternatives to these!? I just can't think of anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Popcorn is pretty good if you buy non-buttered or low fat and calorie brands, you can always put some seasoning salt or cheese on them for some zing!. You could aslo eat celery or apples with peanut putter, carrots and hummus or low-fat dips, or trail mix minus all the salt (Homemade is best), or you can always snack on nuts like almonds and peanuts!. You can also just get 100% whole wheat chips, low fat cheese or switch it up with paramesan (and go easy on the cheese) and salsa!.!. its not the best but better choicesWww@Answer-Health@Com

salad, fruit slices, veggies and dip, regular popcorn (not microwavable, the real stuff-not too much salt), granola, yogurtWww@Answer-Health@Com

real popcorn and shreddies mixed together in a bowl is good
or you could have that frozen yogurt stuff thats fat free and tastes like ice cream
but u can be creative
