Question: How can I get a flatter tummy!.!.!.!.!.!?
I do crunches and I work out about 3-4 times a week, but i want to define my stomach muscles more--what can I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i used to have awesome definition in my abs i would work on them every day I would try different set of crunches sit up and i would always stretch those muscles!. Make sure you are eating right, i don't mean get in a diet but, try to stay away of junk food!. Not everyone need the same workout or diets because or bodies are very different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem too, so I would continue what you are doing!. Also, you might want to consider buying low-sugar and calorie items, and drinking more water, like someone said!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

How about joining an aerobics class or going to some place like curves, or some other type of health club!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
