Only way to get big for football is deadlifts, squats, and benchpress!. These are the three most important exercises to for football!. Any football player will tell you this!. These are like the three main food groups of getting big!. The main things are to get low on squats!. Due full squats or don't do them at all!. Next don't bounce the bar on ur chest for bench press!. Ur just cheating urself!. Last just go heavy but STAY WITH FORM!. If you want to be a linebacker is to build strength!. For diets!.!.!.!.!. U don't diet for football!.
