Help with fitness test?!


Question: Help with fitness test!?
i have to do this pe test and i have to run 1 mile,do 60 curl ups,and 40 push ups!.
I can barely run a mile in 10 minutes!.I can only do 30 curl ups!.I can only do 20 push ups!.

wat will really help is if u run everyday: first a quarter mile than a week a later do half mile then a week later do 3/4 of a mile,ect
do push ups and curl ups every morning fro 30min and that will help u A LOTWww@Answer-Health@Com
