Question: Is Skipping Lunch O!.K!?
This morning I got up and went on a long bike ride, came back and ate around 560 calories (Included about 60g of protein and 10g of fat), and now I'm not hungry at all!. I'm just wondering if it's all right to skip lunch, or is that not healthy!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perhaps you should grab an apple just so you have something in your system after getting a good deal of exercise!. Skipping meals on occasion is fine as long as you don't do it to often!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Its not healthy to skip lunch (or any meal) on a regular basis but one day will not hurt!. But if I was you I would just have a small lunch, something like fruit, crackers and cheese, peanutbutter and crackers, nuts!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
