I want to go back to the gym!... But need some pointers?!


Question: I want to go back to the gym!!.!.!. But need some pointers!?
Alright I always loved going to the gym!
But lately I have been really depressed!.!.!. and I lost all motivation to do anything, I want to go back to the gym!
Does anyone have any pointers for toning (with no machines) and with body weight!?!.!. I will use dumbbells and some machines!!!

First go to the gym, it helps with depression

For bodyweight exercises try the following
Bodyweight squats
Lunges

You can press your back against a wall and squat like you are sitting in an invisible chair!. I guarantee that you won't be able to do it for more than a minute, maybe even only 30 seconds because it burns! It really works though and it's a great workout for your legs and buns!. Lunges are also great!.!.with weight too if you like!. That will add resistance!. As for your arms, I like to use a weight bench for this one!. I'll try to explain it so you can figure out what I'm talking about!. Your back will be to the bench with the bench longways!.!.!.left to right!. You will do sort of a backwards push up!. Your arms will be behind you, your hands facing your back!. Just lift up and down with your butt going to the ground!. It's a great workout for your triceps!! Make sure not to go all the way to the ground though!. Just go down far enough that your elbows are in line with your shoulders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
