Lower stomach exercise to tighten abs?!


Question: Lower stomach exercise to tighten abs!?
I do endless crunches and sit ups and leg lifts but nothing targets that lower stomach and i still have a pooch when its tight on my sides and my upper abs!. WHAT EXERCISE CAN I DO TO TIGHTEN MY LOWER STOMACH ABS!?

scissor kicks-lay on your back and if you would like you can put your hands under you butt(thats easier) then kick you legs up and down but keep them only about 5 inches off the ground 4 sets of 15 you'll be feeling it!. Also the plank!.- lay on you stomach and put your forearms on the ground and go up into a pushup position hold for 30 seconds or longer!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
