You know the hard part is to get started with your plan, but maybe try to do it little by little taste of healthy food here and there trying to eat more healthy than junk food everyday until your on body will get adjusted to it (I've done it)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

set short term goals like you want to lose this much by spring break and go out and buy a swim suit you want to fit into or cloths you want to fit into and seeing them and almost fitting will help you out and also do it with a friend, you can compete with them or just do it for fun
