What is an average kids diet?!
Question: What is an average kids diet!?
Im an overweight 14 yr old kid!. Im around 5:7 and weigh like 175!. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week and run 2-3 times a week!. Although the Dr keeps telling me alot of it is muscle I want to lose some weight but not with such an etreme diet like weight watchers just a healthy lifestyle!. What is an average diet that i could follow and lose weight over time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to limit your red meat intake!. Meat like beef and pork are very high in calories and fat!. Try to only eat lean meats like chicken and fish!. Make sure to eat lots of fruits and vegetables and not so many carbs!. For example, when you're hungry and want to grab a snack, instead of having a bag of chips, have an apple or some carrot sticks!.
