Question: Should i do this!? anorexic!?
im really weird i always feel fat well rarely do i not feel fat but my friends always say im soo skinny!. i dont feel that way AT ALL!!! im 13 years old around 110 pounds and 5 feet!. i tried a couple of times before t become arorexic but it never worked cuz i made it through the night but then in the morning i looked at food and couldnt take it!. please dont just tell me to lose weight a healthier way cuz i cant do that ive tried alot please help im not doing this for attention!. i sometimes get depressed after i eat and look at my body!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sweetheart!. Please don't feel so bad about yourself! And definitely don't be anorexic! You sound absolutely fine, and if your friends say you're soo skinny, then you must be! Don't go off food all together!. If you really do want to feel skinnier, then just live a healthy lifestyle because you will know it's not bad for you!
Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and drink lots of water!.
Do regular exercise- fun stuff like sports, or jogging!. Fresh air is a real mood booster as well :)
Don't skip meals!. It actually slows down your metabolism because food just goes to fat storage!. Instead, eat a big (but healthy) breakfast, lunch and dinner, and have small, healthy snacks in between!. Some healthy snacks are rice cakes, fruit bars, fruit and yoghurt!.
This doesn't mean you should cut off unhealthy food altogether, just don't eat it too often!. Dark chocolate is good for you, so if you crave chocolate, just eat it dark!. :) You can have an unhealthy snack like a muffin about one to two times a week!. Also, if you limit it, it will feel SO good when you get to eat it!. You'll appreciate it!.!. mmhh hehe :D
Well honey, just don't feel bad about yourself!. I'm sure everyone thinks you're beautiful!. You just need to see it too!. Try making a list of all the positive things people say to you!. Why would you want to become anorexic!? That's the worst thing you could do to your body! If I weighed 110 pounds I'd be freaking happy!. Talk to your school nurse is my advice!. Ask her questions like what is the healthy weight for someone your age!. Just dont become anorexic!. You are perfect the way you are, and dont let anyone make you think otherwise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A classmate from school became ill from anorexia, and she missed the last days of high school and I know she might always regret that!. Look at yourself and say "you are alright! You are gorgeous!." And smile at yourself, be happy and work with what you have!.

I am 13 years old and weigh around 110-115 pounds and I am 5'2!. You shouldn't worry about your weight because you're still growing and once you grow taller you feel the urge to eat more to balance out your body!. I gained 20 pounds this last summer and I'm still gaining more!. When you're done with puberty, you will look nice and healthy as long as you stick by eating healthy foods and drinking lots of water to flush out your system!. Being anorexic isn't fun at all!. It's a disease and a psychological and mental and physical problem!. If you really want that in your life!. Good luck!. It'll only lead you to an early grave!. It takes years off your life you know!. I've been where you are at, I was skinny and people made fun of me!.!.!.but I never thought I was!. When I turned 14 my hormones went crazy and I gained weight like crazy (and went to the opposite extreme)!. Over the years I've learned that first, you need to look at yourself as beautiful!. No matter how fat you think you are!. Even really skinny girls (and Ive known plenty of them) think they are fat!. You may not have a lot of control over what you eat (it depends on the house you live in and who you live with) but you can choose how much you eat, when, and how you treat your body!. First!.!.!.drink 8 glasses of water!. Your body will feel better and function better with water!. Second, smaller, more frequent meals are better for your body because you are not over eating all at once!. Of course eating tons of veggies and grains are good (whole wheat bread, oatmeal, etc)!.!.!.eating foods with lots of fiber will help you feel good and help your body function right!. The key is, cut out or limit sweets!.!.!.bad fatty foods!.!.!.and on top of everything, working out can get your body in good shape!. Even if you can't go anywhere, you can workout in your room just with simple things like push ups, situps, chairups, etc!. It will help you tone your muscles too!.

im in the same situation!.
i went semi anorexic for a while there,and still am!.
i lost 5 pounds in 4 days!.
i had absolutely HORRIBLE stomache problems,and it was always gurlgin and hissing!.its eating my stomache away because there is nothing in it!.and yer gonna always be cold!.
i havent eaten breakfast since september 2,and i dont eat lunch!.i eea around 600 calories a day at the most,and im obsessed about how many calories everything is!.it is a fast way to lost weight,but its not healthy at all!.idunt care aboutt that,and im guessing you dont either!.so a way to stop yerself from not eating as much is to tell yerself how bad that food is for you!.think that is has hair on it or it sbeen on the floor when you see it so it doesnt appeal to you!.and always keep gum with you! its occupies you and makes you not want food!.drink alotta water so yer not hungry!.start doing 5o situps and 100 crunches once or twice a day too!.thatll help alot!.but be careful,after a while of not eating,once you put something in yer mouth,its hard to resist,so be strong against temptations,if you really want this!.
jjust dont take it too far!.
