Do you trust that eating certain foods, such as celary, apples, carrots, can really result in negative Calories!? Or Zero Calories!? And if they are not "Negative Calorie" food, then do they really count if you eat them!?

Should we count them when counting calories if they are or are not!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
EVERYTHING has calories (except water)!. While it may be true that eating some certain veggies (never fruits due to the sugar content) burns more calories than they actually contain, if you're dieting and counting your calories, it's best to count the calories in them too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I'm not sure if they're actually zero calories or negative calories, but they are very very few calories so I wouldn't bother counting them!. You want to encourage yourself to eat them, right!? For example if you eat a cup of celery and it's ten calories, that's like half a Dorito or something so it's not going to make any difference anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Foods tht r saidto hav negative calories jst have avery low amount of calories and when going throuh dsgstion burn them off!. But for this to happen youwod have to eat a very GREAT amount of celery,or carrots or whatver negative calorie fod you ae talking about!. It really isn worth fssin aboutWww@Answer-Health@Com

While they do indeed have energy in them (calories), it is argued that it takes more energy to actually digest them than is gained by eating them!.

I have only heard this applied to celery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why would you want to eat something that doesn't contribute calories!? You need them to not die or go catabolic lol!. Besides all that stuff is nasty/bland, eat good food and don't buy into anything like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. All those things do have calories!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
