Question: Im 90 kilos and want to lose 20 kilos(or more if possible) in 4 months, i need a diet plan!?

Im 90 kilos and want to lose 20 kilos(or more if possible) in 4 months

I eat 4 times a day - Breakfast Recess Lunch and Dinner!.
I eat vegetables during the day and meat and salad for dinner!.
I have a fruit like an apple or a slice of watermelon after dinner if I get hungry!.
I go to the gym 4 times a week 2 hours each time!.
hour on the Bike and an hour on the treadmill!.

Please tell me if Im doing anything wrong or what I should be doing because I want to lose atleast 1 kilo a week for my plan to work!

You should eat like this
breakfast- something healthy and large that will keep you full
kellogs special k is good
recess- a large fruit salad
lunch - a sandwhich with lots of lettuce,carrot, tomato etc and some sliced turkey!.

and after you come home from school
eat some fruit like watermelon and something to keep you full until dinner to avoid snacking

then eat dinner, hopefully you won't be hungry after!. make sure it's healthy and small portioned!.


drink lots of water
and do daily excersise
maybe a 30 min walk a day
for 5 days a week
and then an intense workout OR a sport on day of the week!.

I don't want to annoy you but 20kg in 4 months is a little bit too fast!. 6 to 8 months would be more reasonable!. You better count on 0!.5kg a week!. You know, I also lost 24 kg in 8 months with Weight Watchers!. It is not hard and complicated!. After doing it for 1 to 2 weeks you will discover exactly where you go wrong!. Sometimes it is one or 2 things that you eat everyday that keeps the weight from coming off!.
