Any good diets that are cheap?!

Question: Any good diets that are cheap!?
I've recently started working out and am looking to start dieting!. The problem is, from what I've experienced in the past, good healthy food costs more than your average junk!. I'm just wondering if there are any diet plans out there that won't break the bank!. I'm a student and can't afford spending more money on food!. Maybe other people have had the same issue!.

I'm 6' tall, 218 lbs!. I'm looking to get down to about 190!. I'd be pleased to get down under 200 anyways!.

Thanks a lot guys!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try the Fat X diet!. It's more of a strategy than a diet, but give it a go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7
p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. Depending on your
initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month!. If you don't
eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you
don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits!. But your diet is
still balanced!. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or
to buy special meals or plans!.

Buy healthy foods and prepare them at home!. Base the diet on veg protien with only sparing amounts of lean meat!. That will cut fat and cost!. THer is nothing wrong with sandwiches for lunch!. THey are cheap and can be healthy!. Just watch what you put on them!. This is a perfect time for those lean meats!. Use whole wheat!. Store brand wheat bread sells for $1!.49 per loaf here!. To be sure you get enough fibre, eat a high fibre cereal for breakfast!. A box of fiber 1 flakes, and a quart or soy milk (Silk vanilla) will provide breakfast for nearly a week and only cost about $6!.00!. Try different brands of cereal so you don't get tired of them!. Look for sales on chicken ,and other products at the store and plan your menu around what's on sale!. Just be sure it's low carb/ low fat/ low calorie!. Eating smaller servings will save calories and money!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you just buy healthy foods (fruits, veggies, whole grains) and no junk food, it doesn't cost much more!. Just eat as organic as possible (no junk food) and you'll lose weight, feel better, and you won't go broke!.

You're on the right track, keep it up! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wieght Watchers and Lean Cuisine have frozen dinners that run from 150-350 calories a piece, and cost only a couple bucks!. I eat those, but not more than one a day because they are kinda heavy on salt!. Some are really tasty, and there is a wide variety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
