Problems with my workout?!
Question: Problems with my workout!?
I'm a little confuse!.!.!.I've been working out for about 8 months now, and when I started, I could only do 10 pushups!. A few months later, I was up over 40, and then 50!. But a few weeks later, it seemed I could barely do 20 before my arms/shoulders got extremly tired and gave out!. Now, it's barely 15 and my arms give out!.!.!.!.I don't get it!. My muscles are a lot bigger and more toned now, but it seems I don't have the strength I had before!. I'm 19 so age shouldn't be a factor!. I work out every other day and get plenty of sleep, so what could be causing this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could be overtraining, or undereating!. either way taking up to a week can be good for recovery once in a while and often people even come back strongerWww@Answer-Health@Com
