Foods that are good when trying to target your abs?!


Question: Foods that are good when trying to target your abs!?
I worked in a natural health store for a while and learned a thing or two, but not enough to answer my own question!.

I've started doing 100 situps a day and walking 30 minutes a day, because I am slim naturally anywhere but in my stomach area!. It's very annoying!. It looks rediculous because it's out of proportion!.

What foods are good that will nurture my body and help build muscle and lose fat in that area!? I know that sometimes there are specific diets that really support specific workouts and bring out the best results!. I was hoping there was such a thing for losing belly fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try doing light squats and deadlifts as oppose to situps and you will notice a significant difference!. Lots of salad and fresh fruits, as well as meats such as chicken and fish will contribute!. Try and cut the junk foods out as much as you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to turn the walking into jogging!. Try to not drink anything other than water, eat vegatables and chicken and/or fish(not fried)!. Your abs grow under fat so you can work your abs all you want but if you have fat it will just sit on top of them and cover them up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
