Fun ways to stay in shape?!


Question: Fun ways to stay in shape!?
I'd like something that I can do year-round as a hobby, (need something to do when computer and tv isn't there for me!) but I'm not a fan of team sports or anything!. So I'm open for suggestions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dancing to music; Frisbee with friends; bicycling, hiking, walking in scenic areas; jumping rope 10 minutes a day; yoga stretching in the morning upon waking; using arm weights while on computer/tv!.

Im looking for ways to stay in shape too!. I do jogging a couple of times a week!. i only started a while ago so my body is getting used to it, but I like it anyway!. Only in the evening time when the field is 100% empty!. I hate jogging in peopled environments!.
Anyway, you could start hula hooping!. Half and hour every day and you will see results in a week!.
Walking a little more than normal too!. And always taking the stairs!.
I think skipping, rollerblading and iceskating is fun!. You could try those!. Also a bit of bowling!. Just avoid the crappy bowling alley fried food!
Climbing trees is great!. Rockclimbing as well!. Just the other day, I climbed a game thingy kind of net!. It's this big metal wire net about 30 meteres up for some ball game, and I climbed it and ran across the top!.!.!. So make sure you always do something you never thought you could do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're looking to get into shape, I highly recommend trying a program like Hip Hop Abs, Turbojam, or P90X from Team Beachbody!. They are all home fitness programs with a lot of variety so you'll never get bored!.

Working out with your good friends in the gym is one way!. They can encourage you and you guys can bond!. You can go jogging!. Dance classes are also fun!

swimming is great!. Also, if you like dancing and music, theres a great program called Turbo Jam!. Its a mix of dancing/tai-bo/tai-chi/ kickboxing!. I love it!!! It got me into shape fast!. Its a DVD series you do in your living room, nothing required (but a tv and dvd player)!. Lots of fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you enjoy rock/wall climbing or mountain biking!? Those are really good ways to exercise and at least I think it's fun!. Maybe try joining a dance class!. If you can, put a TV in front of a treadmill so it makes running much less monotonous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
