DOES LISTENING TO THE RADIO (MP3) PLAYER DURING WORKOUTS - WORK?!

Question: DOES LISTENING TO THE RADIO (MP3) PLAYER DURING WORKOUTS - WORK!?
Answers:
Yes, it does! There's been some research on it:

http://news!.bbc!.co!.uk/1/hi/health/764637!.!.!.

Basically it can make you work harder without realising that you are!. I find without music I'm just thinking "Ouch, I hate this, I want to stop, I could eat a hamburger about now"!. With the right sort of music I get carried along with the beat and it all just seems easier!. One of my favourites is "Hazy Shade of Winter" by the Bangles, and I love OK Go's song "Here it Goes Again" too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Listening to fast-paced music while eating, as studies show, makes you eat faster, which means you eat more and your body gets that full feeling later, after more food has been consumed!.!.!.

I suppose the opposite must be true, then!.

Fast music makes you eat more!. Fast music probably, then, makes you work out more!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suppose everyone is different but I know for myself, listening to music distracts me, and I work out longer!. When I exercise without music, I'm too focused on how I'd rather be doing something else!.!.LOL!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They say music pumps you up adn makes you feel good!. Just don't play it too loud or you'll have hearing problems later on in life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
