Question: Treadmill problems help plz!?
i jus decided 2 actualy use my treadmill , and i have a couple !?s , 1 , how much weight should i lose, i weigh 180, how long should i use the treadmill daily!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

All depends on what your fitness base actually is!. The longer and harder you go each day the faster you will use weight but if you go so hard that you start making excuses and stop using it then you are wasting your time!. If you have been doing little or no exercise start by walking say four minutes and job for one minute and repeat that four times so you will go for 20 minutes!. Each week add one cycle until you are doing forty mintues!. Then slowly increase your running time to 3 minutes walking/2 minutes jogging and so on and then slowly increase the speed you are jogging!. Mix it around a little to keep it from becoming boring!. The most important key for success is to keep doing it and not for just a couple of weeks!. If you have a day where you only have 20 minutes but you are up to half and hour or forty minute programs then still get on just for the twenty minutes and just jog longer or faster in the run section!.
