After doing a leg workout is it bad to do cardio?!


Question: After doing a leg workout is it bad to do cardio!?
Answers:
No it is simply hard as hell!. Your leg muscles are exhausted and then doing cardio will just effect your endurance that day!. It is simply cause your lower body is exhausted!. My suggestion is to do cardio before to warm up ur legs then do ur leg workout!. It is unnecessary for you to do cardio after a leg workout!. Leg workouts are usually very intense, for me it is!. There is no need to do cardio after leg workout because leg workout's are actually more intense than cardio for your heart!. So simply do a short cardio workout before you lift for legs to warm up ur muscles and then do ur leg workout!. Hope this helped and good luck with ur workout!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been doing that for a few weeks and have had no trouble, but I tried doing the opposite(cardio then leg workout) and it turned out horribly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
